How we can help
- Item enquiries — measurements, fabric details, and honest condition notes beyond what's listed.
- Additional media — extra photos or short video of any piece, on request.
- Sourcing requests (titip cari) — tell us the piece you're hunting; we'll look as we source.
- Hold & reserve — short-term holds on a piece while you decide.
- Styling advice — sizing across cuts, layering, and how a piece will sit on you.
Operating hours
Monday – Saturday, 09.00 – 18.00 WIB. Messages outside these hours are answered the next working day.
Typical response time within operating hours: under two hours.
