Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Final-sale and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.

How to Return

1. Email returns@abwarchive.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
4. Drop the parcel at your nearest courier point. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of arrival.

Exchanges

For size or colour exchanges, please return the original piece and place a new order. This guarantees your preferred selection is held for you.
