An order is confirmed once payment has been received and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, error, or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers processed through secure third-party payment providers. Card details are never stored on our servers.

Delivery times and rates are detailed on our Shipping page. ABW Archive is not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the conditions set out on our Returns page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABW Archive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta.
